The Arkin Lab is situated in the Innovative Genomics Institute, in the Innovative Genomics Institute Building on the UC Berkeley campus, with outposts at the Integrative Genomics Building and the Potter Street Facility of the  Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

We are members of the Department of Bioengineering, U.C. Berkeley and the Environmental Genomics and Systems Biology Division of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, as well as, the California Institute for Quantitative Biosciences (qb3) and the graduate groups of Bioengineering, Plant and Microbiology, Computational Biology and Biophysics.

We are central participants in the Innovative Genomics Institute, DOE Systems Biology Knowledgebase, the ENIGMA SFA and the Center for Utilization of Biological Engineering in Space.

We are also developers and co-developers of a number of key resources that may be found on the Tools page of this web site.
