Undergraduate StudentEmily Doami is a Senior at UC Berkeley. She is working with Dr. Avery Noonan on the BRAVE phage Foundry to build machine learning models for the prediction of phage-host interactions. She is interested in machine learning, computational biology, genomics, and precision health, and will apply her experience to support the objectives of the Phage Foundry.
